The Management of Disasters, Atrocities, Crises & Emergencies (MODACE) will be one of the most stressful operational experiences that leaders will face. From the seconds that a first responders natural senses pick up the signals in the first few nano seconds and following up in immediate responses in the following Golden Hour through to the final moments in which the last victim is recovered from the scene, the need for immediate, intelligent-led adaptive leadership will never be more important. It does not stop at this point. MODACE occurrences have consequences which are long lasting, often life taking and certainly life changing for survivors, their families, first responders and often, threateningbyhe resilience and even the existence of the organisation.

Our programme offers an all inclusive insight to responding to these challenges through a combination. Of decisive, collaborative and consequentially focused leadership, management and governance. Our aim is to offer insight online virtual programmes through to full collaborative training programmes across institutions which we co design and deliver with subject matter experts in the host organisations.
