Interpersonal Skills and Personal Branding

The learning pathway begins with foundational knowledge in interpersonal dynamics, emotional intelligence, and builds up to personal branding, and ends with leadership reflection. Each unit contains interactive quizzes, scenario-based role-plays, self-assessment, and group discussions to ensure engagement and application of the skills learned.


This structure supports progressive learning, encouraging participants to reflect on their leadership development throughout the course. Each module and its activities can be easily integrated into the VLE using iSpring’s tools such as quizzes, dialogue simulations, and fillable forms for personalised feedback
